1. CANCELLATION AND SUBSTITUTION POLICY

Provided the fee has been paid in full, substitutions at no extra charge can be made up to 30 business days before the start of the conference. If you find that you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to a colleague. Cancellations must be received in writing or by fax to 1.425.484.7400 more than 30 days before the conference is to be held in order to obtain full credit for any future conference. Events & Exhibitions reserve the right to refund paid registration with 10% admin fee plus any bank transfer fee incurred. Cancellations received 30 days or less (including the seventh day) prior to the conference will not be credited. In the unlikely event of the conference being cancelled, payments received at the cancellation date will be credited towards attendance at a future conference.

 

2. CHANGES AND POSTPONEMENT
Events & Exhibitions reserves the right to make alterations to the programme, venue, speakers and timings at any time, Events & Exhibitions shall not be liable to any expenditures, loss incurred or damages as a result of substitution, alteration, postponement or cancellation of an event due to causes beyond its control including without limitation, acts of God, natural disasters, sabotage, accident, trade and industrial disputes, terrorism or hostilities.

 

3. DATA PROTECTION
Events & Exhibitions may share your information with its partners and sponsors who wish to communicate with offers about products and services which may be of interest to delegates. 

 

4. SPEAKER CHANGES
Occasionally it is necessary or reasons beyond our control to alter the content and timing of the program or the identity of the speakers.

 

5. PAYMENT TERMS
Payments is due to full upon completion and return of the registration form. Due to limited conference space, we advise early registration and payments by credit card to avoid disappointment. Your registration will not be confirmed until payments is received. Admission to the conference will be refused if payment has not been received.

 

The document when signed by the Delegate constitutes a binding legal agreement. The Delegate agrees that upon receiving the application and sales contract by Events & Exhibitions, with or without appropriate payment, the application and sales contract shall become a legally binding contract, enforceable against the Delegate in accordance with its terms. By the signature, the individual signing the document represents and warrants that he/she is duly authorized to execute the binding contract on behalf of the Delegate. The Delegate agrees to be bound by the information and terms on this page herein. Fax copy is accepted and has the same power as an original copy.
